State Codes
The program has a list of codes for all of the United States and Canadian provinces. It should not be necessary to modify these codes, but you can add additional codes if necessary.
If the Use Zip box is checked, then you can use zip codes in addresses, otherwise you can enter postal codes.
You can also Right Mouse Click to gain access to the: Insert, Change and Delete.
The SendTo will allow you to export your list to various formats and also allow you to e-mail your files.
If the "Use Zip" is checked then on your addresses the system will ask you for the Zip Code.
If the "Use Zip" is unchecked then on your addresses the system will ask you for the Postal Code.
